Black – It maybe just a colour, but it invokes a wide range of emotions. For the people who are visually challenged, the colour they associate with is black. It does not necessarily have to be a negative thing since their imagination is not limited to things which are visible, it stretches beyond that. They live life with a heightened sense of awareness, appreciating little things which others tend to ignore.

Raymond presents to us, the story of Jugpreet Bajwa, also known as Juggy Jag. He might be visually impaired but has a gifted voice. This Indo-Canadian singer lost his eyesight when he was just six months old. This didn’t deter his spirits. Infact this further fuelled the desire in him to prove his mettle to the world. He is a classical and folk singer who can sing in multiple languages. Apart from being a fantastic singer, he is also a motivational speaker.

Jugpreet has been performing on stage since the age of six. By now he has performed in more 500 stage shows. He has received praise and accolades from various quarters, this only reinstates our faith that nothing is unachievable when you have the talent and an indomitable spirit which refuses to bog down in the face of challenges.

He is living life through a lens of darkness and owning every bit of it

That darkness of tonight comes with a promise of brighter tomorrow. Meet Jugpreet Bajwa who refused to get bogged down. He is living life through a lens of darkness and owning every bit of it.#ItAllBeginsWithBlack

Talking about his life journey, Jugpreet describes himself to be living through the lens of darkness. Black doesn’t scare him, he rather feels that black keeps his mind devoid of all the negativity since it shields him from all the bad which is happening in the world. It helps him concentrate on the aspects of life which others can’t see.

Raymond, as a brand, subscribes to the same school of thought. With its new range of all black fabric, Raymond goes on to showcase the powerful expression that the colour black makes. Black makes a silent statement, but when it speaks it makes the whole world to sit up and take notice. Black is not the conclusion, black is the emergence. After all #ItAllBeginsWithBlack.

The Logical Indian believes that endings are also a beginning of something new. We applaud people like Jugpreet Bajwa who dare to think beyond the preset notions. We also appreciate Raymond to bring to us the inspiring story of Bajwa, thereby reaffirming our belief that there is always more to a thing than what meets the eyes.
