The first twitter message reads, “Congratulations to @Dev_Fadnavis Ji and @AjitPawarSpeaks Ji on taking oath as the CM and Deputy CM of Maharashtra respectively. I am confident they will work diligently for the bright future of Maharashtra.”
And the second tweet which is in Hindi, reads, “I realized today how sometimes endless joy turns to endless grief.”
Along with an image is a caption which says, “First reaction of PM Modi after the resignation of CM Fadnavis.”

On searching for both these tweets on the official twitter account of PM Modi, we found that he indeed posted a congratulatory message on November 23 for both Fadnavis and Pawar soon after they took oath as CM and Deputy CM of Maharashtra respectively.

Conclusion
The tweets given are true, but they have been combined and put out on social media to mislead other people. Hence, the image of both the combined tweets do not have the same context and is false.
