The 10th International Women’s Conference, hosted by the Art of Living from February 14th to 16th, is set to be one of the most historic gatherings of global leaders, changemakers, and women trailblazers from politics, business, arts, and social impact. The event will be graced by the esteemed presence of the Hon. President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, who will share the stage with other influential figures, as they converge to discuss the future of women’s leadership in today’s world.

This year’s conference will feature over 60 inspiring speakers, including renowned figures such as the Governor of Karnataka, Hon. Shri Thawar Chand Gehlot, Union Minister Annapurna Devi, and former Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture, Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi. Other prominent attendees include Bollywood icons like Sara Ali Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, and Hema Malini, along with global business leaders Radhika Gupta and Kanika Tekriwal.

Thematic Focus: Leadership, Empowerment, and the Power of Being

The theme for this year’s conference is “Just Be,” inspired by a poem written by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. This powerful concept speaks to the importance of self-discovery, authenticity, and empowerment in leadership roles. The event promises to offer rich discussions on how women can harness their potential to lead effectively, while staying grounded in their core values.

Along with the thought-provoking sessions, the conference will also highlight cultural showcases such as the International Food Festival, where delegates can experience global culinary traditions. A standout feature will be the performance of Sita Charitam, a modern reimagining of the Ramayana, which will bring together over 500 artists and a dedicated technical crew to deliver an immersive and emotional theatrical experience.

Fashion with a Purpose: Stylish InsideOut Auction

A key segment of this year’s conference is Stylish InsideOut: Fashion for a Cause, where some of India’s leading designers, including Sabyasachi, Rahul Mishra, Manish Malhotra, and Raw Mango, will present stunning designs. These fashion pieces will be auctioned, and the proceeds will support the Art of Living Free Schools, an initiative aimed at providing free education to underprivileged children across India. This initiative aligns with the overarching goals of the conference to empower women and girls and contribute to social change.

A Platform for Holistic Change

Smt. Bhanumathi Narasimhan, the chairperson of the International Women’s Conference and sister of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, will lead the discussions. With over four decades of work in women’s welfare, child care, and social transformation, Smt. Bhanumathi embodies the values of service, spirituality, and empowerment that are central to the Art of Living philosophy.

The event is designed to be a holistic experience, blending intellectual discourse with spiritual practices, cultural celebrations, and impactful social initiatives. The conference serves as a bridge between urban and rural women, bringing together voices from all walks of life to foster connection and collective action. Teachers from the Art of Living Free Schools will also attend, offering valuable grassroots perspectives that enrich the global conversations happening on stage.

A Global Movement for Women’s Leadership

The 10th International Women’s Conference is more than just a gathering of distinguished speakers—it is a movement that celebrates the leadership of women in every sphere of life. With a mission to empower women through education, the conference’s proceeds will support the 1,300+ Art of Living Free Schools, which have impacted over 100,000 students across India. In a time of profound shifts in leadership and gender roles, the conference aims to inspire change and create lasting impact through collective dialogue and action.
