The Delhi Police has announced a special self-defence summer training camp to empower women and enhance public safety across the national capital. Scheduled from 29 May to 11 June 2026, the programme offers free daily sessions (8 am – 10 am) to school and college students, working professionals, and homemakers.
Part of the 22nd Summer Camp initiative, the training aims to equip participants with the physical skills and mental confidence needed to respond effectively to difficult situations. By offering these sessions free of cost, the police department seeks to make personal safety training accessible to every woman in the city regardless of her socio-economic background.
