Our Community Guidelines define a set of norms and common code of conduct for The Logical Indian; they provide guidance on what is and is not allowed to make a welcoming space for everyone. At The Logical Indian, we prioritize safety, diversity, inclusion, and authenticity.

We strive to provide and maintain a healthy environment for people to comfortably express their opinion and share perspectives in the comments section of The Logical Indian’s digital presence. We recognise how important it is for Us to be a place where people feel empowered to communicate and express their understanding of the issue being discussed. While We value thoughtful, constructive discussion, at the same time, comments that personally attack an author or smear an organisation are not acceptable. Contributions that offer information or clarifications on breaking news stories are also valued.

Community Guidelines

Read the Terms and conditions to the extent applicable, the following general guidelines influence whether or not a comment/post will be accepted by Us:

Personal attacks with malicious intent on authors, other users or any individual are not tolerated, and users who repeatedly post such comments may be banned from the Website.

Comments with a malicious intent featuring swearing, name-calling or otherwise abusive language are unacceptable.

We value robust debate and understand that people often feel strongly about the topics debated on the Website, but please show respect for the views and beliefs of other users. By being polite and civil, you ensure that the topic remains the focus of the debate and that Our pages remain conducive to intelligent discussion.

There is a difference between criticizing an entity including but not limited to a government, organisation or an individual, and attacking them because of their attributes including without limitation to their affiliations, religion, race, caste, gender, or sexual orientation.

Comments that incite people to commit a crime will not be tolerated.

No advertising, promotion of products or services, or posting of web links (URLs) will be tolerated.

Sharing of personal information shall not be tolerated on the Website. It is not acceptable to publicise yours or anyone else's personal information including but not limited to contact details, residential / office / any other address, place of employment, telephone number, email address, etc.

It is a crime to create, display, distribute, import, or publish pornography or obscene materials. So, kindly refrain yourself from indulging in any such activity on the Website or elsewhere. Do not spam or use tags or links or misleading information about what you have posted. Do not embed malicious code in your posts or use deceptive ways to generate revenues or traffic. Do not write posts aimed at affiliate marketing.
