The Patna High Court on Tuesday dismissed pleas challenging the decision of the Bihar government to conduct a caste-based survey in the state.
The accused has been identified as Constable Chetan Kumar Choudhary, who fired from his automatic weapon. He killed RPF Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) and three other passengers on the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Express, an official said.
The Supreme Court said that the CBI should wait for the outcome of the hearing scheduled to be taken up on Tuesday.
