Juber, 21 years, was spotted online after someone shared photos of him doing dangerous stunts on the road; he was followed and arrested by Frazer Town Traffic Police in Bengaluru for wheeling under section 283IPC, 183,184,189 Motor Vehicle Act.

Young Bengalureans including teenagers are committing rampant traffic violations and are prone to serious accidents. And the numbers of traffic violators are growing each year. As per New Indian Express report – a study by the traffic police suggests; of the 61,94,308 traffic violations in 2015 up to October 31, 40% involved youths. A police officer said these violators were in the age group of 14-24 years. Moreover, in all, 2,94,210 cases have been booked against rider/drivers this year for dodging traffic rules and committing offenses such as reckless driving, over-speeding, riding triples, free-wheeling and racing. Police say youngsters were the major violators in all these cases.

The Logical Indian requests all the teenagers not to do any such stunts on the roads or anywhere. Motorsports gives you a certain adrenaline rush and very thrilling one too, but they should be done at secure locations with all the protections under the guidance of experts and assistance of medical team in a controlled environment. All the bike stunts are dangerous on the normal roads, a little bit of disbalance and you can lose your life. It is not only dangerous for you but to other riders on the road or any pedestrians on the sidewalk. Apart from dangers, it is a violation of traffic laws. Parents also need to come forward, and should be aware of any such activities their kids are involved in. Every child should be educated about traffic rules and dangers of not following them at schools and at home too. Violator should be given appropriate punishment and education of dangers they are involved in.
