A simple fact which we should learn and follow in our travel that a railway station or a public places is our responsibility. Spitting, throwing garbage here and there affect us only either in form of illness or in dirty environment.

We keep complaining about the dirtiness of public spaces, but who is responsible for the making them dirty. We Indians need to learn basic etiquette and as soon as we learn it, will be better.
