Nagaland: Candlelight Vigil At Kohima To Mourn Civilian Killings In Nagaland Firing

Citizens in Kohima assemble and organise a candlelight vigil to mourn the death of the civilians at the firings in Nagaland's Oting village in Mon district. People gathered in large numbers with candles to sing “till we meet again”. The III Corps of the Indian Army based in Dimapur has admitted to an intelligence failure in their statement of regret.
