Karnataka: Decision On Adding Eggs To School Midday Meals Open Discourse

The Karnataka government had recently rolled out a scheme in 7 districts which added eggs to the midday meals in government schools, where high rates of malnutrition and anaemia levels were reported. The decision however has brought in criticism from religious groups and political leaders.
