DGCA Issues Guidelines To Handle 'Unruly Passengers' On Board After Panic Over Air India 'Pee-Gate' Cases

In wake of Air India mid-air urination incidents, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), on January 6, issued new guidelines to the head of operations of all scheduled airlines with regard to handling unruly passengers on board.
