Assam: Motor Mechanic Builds Four-Seater Scooter Out Of Scrap

Atul Das, a motor mechanic from Nagaon district of Assam, rebuilds a scooter that could accommodate four people and calls it a 'family scooter'. Das built the scooter for himself using scrap from three different scooters under a budget of thirty thousand rupees.
