The first-ever Digital India Future Skills Summit, held in Guwahati, marked a significant milestone for the development of the North-east region. “Assam will soon have a Rs. 25,000 Cr. Semiconductor packaging plant,” announced MoS Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
