This exam is crucial for admission into the CS Executive Programme, the next phase in the journey to becoming a certified Company Secretary. Pass percentage details and toppers are expected to be announced soon.

Official Scorecard Release and Download Process

ICSI has adopted a fully digital system for the release of CSEET results, reflecting its move towards transparency and ease of access. On November 20, 2025, at 2 pm, the Institute activated the result portal on its official homepage. Candidates should use only the official ICSI website (icsi.edu) to avoid incorrect or fraudulent results. To download the e-Result-cum-Marks Statement, candidates need to:

  • Visit icsi.edu and look for the CSEET November 2025 result link under ‘Latest Updates’ or ‘Student’ sections.
  • Enter the registered application number and date of birth accurately.
  • View and download the scorecard, which details marks obtained across all four subjects: Business Communication, Legal Aptitude, Economic and Business Environment, and Current Affairs.
  • Save multiple copies of the digital scorecard, as no hard copies will be dispatched.

This process ensures swift and equitable access for all students nationwide, with heavy website traffic anticipated around the release time.

The Significance of CSEET

CSEET is the mandatory foundational examination for candidates wishing to register for the CS Executive Programme, which eventually leads to professional certification as a Company Secretary in India. The exam evaluates not only technical knowledge but also candidates’ awareness of current business environments and legal frameworks essential for governance roles.

Since transitioning to remote-proctored digital exams, ICSI has enhanced accessibility and streamlined the examination process without compromising integrity. Past sessions have observed pass percentages ranging from 62% to over 75%, indicating a competitive and rigorous standard that maintains the profession’s quality threshold.
