The Future Frontiers Conclave will be held on Friday, 19 September 2025, at B.R. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, bringing together over 700 delegates from government, industry, academia, diplomacy, civil society, and youth groups. Organised by FICCI FLO, Chhatra Sansad India, Galgotias University, and The Logical Indian, the event will spotlight women and youth as key drivers of India’s journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.

Two white papers, Women in STEM and India’s Growth Vision and From Grassroots to Green Jobs, will be unveiled, outlining strategic frameworks to amplify women’s participation in technology, governance, and sustainability.

Distinguished speakers include Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla (pending confirmation), UN Resident Coordinator Shombi Sharp, former Puducherry Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi, and Google’s Salona Chandna. The Nation Builders Awards will honour changemakers such as Meenakshi Gupta of Goonj and Ashraf Patel of Pravah for their transformative work.

Women and Youth at the Centre of India’s Growth

The conclave aims to highlight the pivotal role of women and youth in shaping India’s future. “Women must be at the forefront of technology and governance if India is to achieve Viksit Bharat 2047,” said a FICCI FLO representative, underlining the urgency of gender parity. UN Resident Coordinator Shombi Sharp stressed that youth participation and ethical governance are “critical to sustaining India’s economic and social momentum.”

Spiritual leaders, including Sadhvi B K Shivani and Pujya Swami Ji, emphasised that progress must be guided by values and purpose. Delegates will explore actionable strategies to bridge grassroots initiatives with national policy, from women-led enterprises to green job creation and STEM innovation.

Honouring Changemakers and Releasing Strategic Roadmaps

The Nation Builders Awards will recognise individuals and organisations advancing social empowerment, youth leadership, and innovation. Meenakshi Gupta of Goonj will be celebrated for pioneering resource distribution models, while Ashraf Patel of Pravah will be recognised for inspiring youth engagement and leadership development.

Dr Saumitra Rawat’s work in surgical innovation and Digraj Singh Rajput’s efforts to make education accessible will also be honoured. The two white papers, Women in STEM and India’s Growth Vision and From Grassroots to Green Jobs, will provide strategic frameworks to elevate women’s participation in science, technology, and sustainability, guiding policymakers, corporations, and grassroots initiatives alike.

Building on a Legacy of Inclusion and Collaboration

FICCI FLO brings a 42-year history of empowering women entrepreneurs and professionals, while Chhatra Sansad India has engaged over 10 lakh students in governance and civic participation over the past decade. Galgotias University contributes academic leadership in innovation and sustainability, and The Logical Indian will amplify the conclave’s discussions to its 12-million-strong monthly audience.

Organisers emphasise that the event is designed not merely for dialogue, but to convert inspiration into measurable action, linking classrooms and boardrooms, grassroots activism and policy reform.

The Logical Indian’s Perspective

The Future Frontiers Conclave is a crucial platform to demonstrate that inclusive growth is not optional—it is essential for India’s progress. Recognising changemakers and releasing actionable frameworks is a significant step, but the real test lies in sustained implementation and accountability.

At The Logical Indian, we believe such forums foster dialogue, empathy, and positive social change. Women and youth are not just participants—they are catalysts for innovation, sustainability, and ethical governance.
