After all accused in the 2G spectrum allocation case were acquitted, including former telecom minister A Raja and M Kanimozhi of the DMK, BJP’s Subramanian Swamy, the one who exposed the scam said that the government must immediately file an appeal against the ‘not guilty’ verdict.
While the internal sabotage is obvious to me, we shall win the 2G Spectrum on Appeal because the judgment is bogus. But BJP must get rid of leeches on its body-the saboteur Shakunis.

What role did Subramanian Swamy play in exposing the 2G scam?
Former Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy first wrote multiple letters starting November 2008 to the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to draw his attention to what could turn out to be India’s biggest political scam by one of his cabinet minister, A Raja. He received assurances from PM Singh but no action was taken.
Swamy then went to the Supreme Court to file a complaint against Raja in 2010. The top asked the CBI to prepare a detailed note on its probe and began monitoring it.
The CBI filed had earlier filed an FIR in October 2009 on the direction of the Central Vigilance Commission but the investigation was halted as the FIR mentioned no name.
After Swamy’s complaint, the CBI had to reopen the case and Raja was arrested on February 2, 2011.
The former chief of Janata Party had also called for the prosecution of Chidambaram, the then finance minister, for colluding with Raja.
