I often go through Mumbai-Worli Sea Link and see the streets lights are always turned on.

India where millions of households are in dark without electricity, this is a blatant misuse of the resources.
Can’t we just see this, or we see and ignore?
Are the authorities ill equipped with irresponsible?
Do we lack innovation; can’t we come up with an automatic system to switch off the light in bright daylight?
Many questions are here unanswerable, but one thing is sure that we as a nation are ignorant and irresponsible and fail collectively.
