Until last few years, the nation was much obsessed with Cricket when it came to sports entertainment. However in the past few years, we have seen various other sports drawing our attention from Football to Hockey to Kabbadi. Now it’s time for wrestling. It’s good to see the gradual shift of interest from cricket to other sports. The more we encourage these sports, the more medals our country will bag!

Pro wrestling League is a big Leap in the History of Indian Sports and Wrestling. The Wrestling Federation of India and ProSportify have joined hands to create a rare event for the sport of Wrestling. The sport, is almost as old as the human civilization. India has a rich tradition in wrestling too. Since time immemorial it was a popular sport among people in the villages. Unlike the modern sport, the ‘Dangals’ then were organised in sand ‘akharas’.

Pro wrestling League will feature some of India’s brightest stars including Geeta Phogat, Sushil Kumar, Yogeshwar Dutt, Amit Kumar, Bajrang Kumar, Babita, etc. The show kicks off kicks off Tomorrow on 10th Dec! Now, it’s time to support this game with a hope that the coming generations actively take part in such sports and bring pride and laurels to our nation.
