My Story: The Newborn Baby Was Thrown Into The Garbage And Not Even The Umbilical Cord Was Removed From Her

“This is the story of a gentleman from a village known as Gola Gokarannath.

I was amazed to see the incredible bravery of a person in that small town. One fine morning, at dawn, when the watchman was doing rounds of the premises, he heard the sound of baby crying. When he followed the sound, he found the sound was coming from the garbage place nearby.

He saw a new born baby bleeding profusely and it was covered with ants around it. Immediately he called a prominent person ‘P’ (prefer to be anonymous ) of the society and showed him the baby. Both of them rushed the baby to the hospital. Soon, they came to know that the baby was newborn and not even the umbilical cord was removed from the baby. It was a baby girl who was left to die, but the person ‘P’ brought her to the hospital and saved her. It doesn’t end here, the man took complete care of the baby and adopted her. He gave the baby a name and a place in this society .

I salute this brave man, despite having a family and two children of his own, he had the courage and sincerity towards society. The girl’s parents may be had thrown her because they were poor and had male child expectancy. We need people like him. Hope we generate the same courage and responsibility the man developed.”
