Kamala Lochan Baliarsingh is a 60-year-old pauper who lives in the city of Bhubaneshwar, surviving day after day collecting plastic bottles at the railway station and picking leftovers from train coaches, who even though stricken by poverty and hunger, feeds stray dogs instead of himself.
