At least 15 Indian tourists were killed after a speedboat carrying 32 Indian passengers and four crew members capsized near Phu Quoc Island in southern Vietnam on July 11. Twenty-one people were rescued, while search and recovery teams worked through challenging sea conditions to retrieve the victims. The Indian Embassy in Vietnam described the incident as tragic and said dedicated control rooms had been established to assist affected families.
